Focus:

  • Direct the team in developing and launching direct-to-consumer strategies focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns to activate, engage, convert, and retain customer segments through various digital channels such as paid social and paid search.
  • Support and actively participate in the creation of content across all digital platforms.

  • Oversee processes for forecasting, measuring, and reporting on the performance of campaigns and business outcomes, using data and analytics to evaluate against critical metrics and communicating findings to senior leadership.
  • Drive conversions and customer acquisition through a balanced mix of paid and organic social media efforts.

Skill Set:

  • 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2C Healthcare & Wellness customer acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Prior marketing experience within the IT, SaaS, digital healthcare, and/or telehealth sectors.
  • Proven track record of overseeing marketing efforts across multiple media channels throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of key performance indicators relevant to subscription-based and direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • Proficiency in customer data platforms (CDPs) with hands-on experience in developing personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in managing advertisements across various digital platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite and content management systems (CMS).
  • Profound understanding of social media marketing and growth marketing.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to contribute to building the company from the ground up.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and tracking to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
