As a Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing operations of our client's real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all leasing activities, including showing properties, processing applications, and executing leases.
  • Ensure high occupancy rates by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.
  • Address and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing management or a related field within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving high occupancy rates and leasing goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
