Position: Residential Leasing Specialist

Role Overview:
The Residential Leasing Specialist supports the leasing operations and financial success of a designated apartment community for MAA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with prospective residents and conveying the value and overall experience of living in a MAA community.
  • Securing lease agreements and initiating the screening process for potential residents.
  • Communicating lease expirations and facilitating lease renewals.
  • Assisting with property marketing initiatives and resident engagement events.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing.
  • Familiarity with apartment management laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
