Zearch are working exclusively with an early stage SaaS / AI business that are growing at over 100% YoY and are now hiring for some of the early BDR/SDR's in the company.


The company have already disrupted some key verticals with the unique AI solution, but they are now looking to go and explore further verticals, so the opportunity is huge


We are seeking a professional with sales experience and entrepreneurial spirit looking to take their next BDR / SDR role. This would suit someone with "6 months - 2 years" BDR/SDR experience.


Role

  • Grow and manage sales pipeline, prospect, and assess sales potential.
  • Create targeted prospecting lists to identify and win new SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise customers.
  • Meet and exceed lead/opportunity targets and outcomes within company schedule.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Visit physical events and represent our client professionally to develop meaningful opportunities
  • Successfully promote and 'sell' the solution using well-formed use-cases to prospective customers.
  • Win and grow new and existing businesses by working with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Work effectively in teams to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
  • Continuously improve through feedback


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • 1 years experience in a B2B sales
  • 6 Months+ experience as a BDR/SDR, coming from a SaaS/AI//Fintech/Payments/ERP/API company
  • New business hunger
  • Ability to travel on occasions
  • Ability to deliver outstanding results and a track record of over performance.
  • Ideally worked in a start-up environment
  • Highly organized

  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
