Responsiblities
- Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately
- Utilize a computer for communication (email/Teams messaging), word processing, database applications and basic spreadsheets
- Sort and distribute mail, operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, etc.
- Prepare reports and correspondence for appropriate management and departments
- Make appointments and travel arrangements
- Process invoices, expense statements and check requests
- Assist with special projects as requested
- Execute administrative tasks for the plant manager’s staff
- Order and coordinate office lunches and plant visits accordingly
- Coordinate employee appreciation days and events as required
- Support the needs of the plant manager as needed
Required Skills
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
- 2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles
- Proficiency use of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
