The Role

The Director of Partnership Development at Narrative Ads will drive new business growth by cultivating strategic relationships. This role is key to expanding Narrative's footprint in the digital marketing space, and ensuring exceptional service and outcomes for clients.


Responsibilities

  • Consistently cultivate and nurture strong relationships with brands
  • Create compelling packages, pitches, deal structures, contracts & execute campaigns to win new business & achieve revenue goals
  • Oversee & manage key aspects of the sales process from campaign inception to completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand and agency partners, providing exceptional service and support
  • Oversee the development and execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Regularly report back on results, performance and conversion of campaigns and creating case studies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital marketing


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorships
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and brand partnerships, and possess a deep understanding of the digital advertising space
  • Additionally, the candidate must have a deep rolodex of contacts within the industry to facilitate swift and effective partnership development
  • Strong sales background with prior experience with brands, agencies, and/or media buyers
  • Proven track record of securing and managing high-value brand partnerships
  • Self-starter, detail oriented, and a team player
  • Dedicated work ethic and the ability to drive strong results
  • Superior organizational skills, coupled with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation capabilities
