Responsibilities
- Must have ADP Workforce Now experience.
- Must have experience with eTime for time and attendance.
- Process multi-company and multi-state payroll using ADP WFN platform.
- Maintain and update employees’ records within HRIS software, including tax and other relevant information.
- Verify the accuracy of employee data and prepare reports and analytics on payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Address various inquiries from employees and management.
- Balance and reconcile quarterly and year-end reports, including but not limited to 941 and W2s.
- Assist with accounts payable/accounts receivable processes as needed.
- Work closely with other departments and external auditors to cultivate sturdy payroll internal controls.
- Provide overall support to the HR department.
- Complete special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Payroll certification preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience required.
- Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws.
- In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and payroll best practices.
- Good understanding of common fiscal procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of payroll information.
- Commitment to high professional and ethical standards, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively with peers, managers, and across departments.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and e-Time required.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
