Responsibilities:

  • Support the U.S. sales team and distributors for complex enquiries in terms of dedicated compositions, specific productivity analysis, additional technical schemes and services opportunities based on standard technology portfolio, with the aim of achieving sales and margins targets.
  • Manage the implementation and deployment of new technology systems and applications.
  • Collect training needs and provide educational rolling activities to the U.S. sales team in terms of process, technology, and service portfolio, liaising with HQ when required, for the specific line of products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, services, marketing teams) to identify technology requirements and recommend solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and external partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and report feedback to Technology Application Senior Manager and HQ.
  • Ensure specification for machine sale scope of supply are properly cascaded to sales team and maintain relationship with Customers throughout the entire process from sales to machine acceptance test.
  • Based on customers’ needs, simplify, and increase the sales speed, and prepare machines templates based on process/application specificities for made to order (MTO) machines.
  • Based on general HQ sales support documentation and general information, identify and relay specific sales recommendations, selected topics and selected USP (unique selling proposition) with specific focus on U.S. needs.
  • Identify needs and rolling activity to ensure training for the U.S. sales team to reach autonomy on standard technology proposal and application, for the specific line of products.
  • Collaborate with Technology Application Senior Manager and Commercial and Marketing Managers for case history selection and content definition, U.S. best practices, and for Showroom/local events technological definition (machine selection, composition and demo contents) in line with the HQ guidelines, for the specific line of products.
  • Collaborate with Technology Application Senior Manager in the rolling activity of market feedback collection, price positioning analysis vs competitors, market value of Group solutions, products and services needs, for the specific line of products.
  • Utilize Corporate CRM in conjunction with Sales Intelligence team to improve sales efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the sales network to maximize results.
  • Coordinate and optimize travel to meet with clients directly or in support of sales network. Utilize this time to improve and reinforce the technical and competitive knowledge of Corporation's sales team to support increase in market share.
  • Analyze sales and forecasting records to recommend product inventory mix and quantities and align activities to achieve established sales goals while maintaining corporate guidelines regarding inventory rotation.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Automation Engineering or Computer Science or diploma with related work experience

Language:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledgeable of business processes & functions
  • Knowledge of mechanics and electronics as related to industrial machinery
