Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects related to Client Onboarding process engineering, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the Legal & Contract reviews phase, with a particular focus on the IMA process.
  • Drive business process improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance the client onboarding experience.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets exceeding $5M.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement and manage change management processes to facilitate project adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Rally, Jira, or similar to track project progress and manage tasks.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
  • Strong background in business process improvement and re-engineering.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Change management certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management and team/task management tools such as Rally, Jira, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
