Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and versatile individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO. This position requires a multifaceted approach, as it encompasses responsibilities ranging from managing household affairs and family matters to supporting executive-level tasks within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO in managing household affairs, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating home maintenance services, and overseeing household budgets.
- Act as a point of contact for all personal matters, including correspondence, inquiries, and scheduling commitments.
- Assist with childcare responsibilities, such as coordinating schedules, arranging transportation, and overseeing extracurricular activities.
- Manage travel arrangements for the CEO and their family
- Support the CEO in scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks related to office management, such as organizing files, managing inventory, and coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance. Event Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate special events, functions, and gatherings on behalf of the CEO
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, managing vendors, and addressing any unforeseen issues or concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in personal and executive assistance
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, with the aptitude to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities, with a willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.
