CRE Loan Servicing Associate

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor borrowers' compliance with loan documents and manage routine commercial loan transactions in accordance with these documents
- Support the daily Loan Servicing needs by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management, and operational requirements
- Independently review system-generated reports to monitor loan delinquency, maturities, call dates, payments, and interest rate changes and update systems as needed
- Research and reconcile loan-related issues that arise within various teams
- Prepare and process collateral releases and liaise with custodians
- Collect and track annual financials and rent rolls
- Assist in the closing of commercial mortgage loans and capital calls requests
- Complete special projects as assigned by management
