We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing content creation, budget management, and project coordination to drive our marketing initiatives forward. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Content Creation, Printing & Management

  • Assist with on-site photoshoots, video shoots, and webcast events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with print vendors to manage printing projects, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Oversee lead times for printing shipments to meet project deadlines.


2. Budget Management

  • Support the management of multiple marketing budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Track expenses related to marketing programs or campaigns and provide regular budget reports.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for marketing activities promptly.


3. Marketing Project Support

  • Assist marketing leaders with internal reports and project tracking to ensure transparency and progress.
  • Collaborate with agency and internal teams to manage and execute marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Support the marketing capabilities teams in executing various projects.
  • Submit requests and provide general project management support for enterprise or corporate initiatives.


4. Technical Skills and Tools

  • Experience with Monday.com is preferred, but the ability to quickly learn and handle user management and billing functionalities is essential.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable technical savviness and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
