Water Wastewater Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Water & Wastewater (WWW) professional to lead our WWW practice and drive business growth in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area.

• Lead our WWW practice, focusing on treatment and conveyance systems, and serve as the primary technical expert.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our footprint in the WWW sector, maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients.
• Present at WWW conferences and industry events to establish our reputation and expertise in the field.
• Manage complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical accuracy and budget adherence.
• Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineering staff, fostering growth and technical expertise within the firm.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of WWW services across multiple locations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master's degree preferred but not required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
• 15 years of experience in water and wastewater consulting engineering, with a strong track record in both treatment and conveyance systems.
• Extensive experience working with municipal clients and deep knowledge of municipal water and wastewater regulations and challenges.
• Recognized presence in the WWW industry, with a history of presenting at industry conferences and events.
• Strong business development skills and the ability to drive project growth and profitability.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide senior and mid-level engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

$160,000 - $190,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
