Summary: Manage the Product Engineering Team to execute R&D projects, new product development, product changes, and testing. Improve product design, increase speed to market, and reduce product failure risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resources and efforts with team members and external consultants.
  • Support the development process of new products and product changes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet project plans.
  • Ensure engineering teams focus on current and future projects.
  • Determine prototype and development capacities.
  • Facilitate design reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Oversee product testing and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing engineering team activities.
  • Experience with ISO 13485.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and present information effectively.
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of management.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
