Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide support as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management in civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS, and Microsoft Suite.
