Role Description
This is a part-on-site role for a Sales Marketing Administrator at GC Dance Company in San Marcos, CA. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, identifying and contacting potential clients, retaining current clientele base and online public image. They will also collaborate with the administrative team to create promotional materials and contribute to business development initiatives.

- Previous Office Experience
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong communication both written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Canva
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Experience or Knowledge in the dance or performing arts industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
