Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at León y Sol Tequila in San Francisco, CA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry and tequila market
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
