JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A great opportunity for a Plant Manager.
This role will be leading production activities, including:
- Overseeing all manufacturing, shipping/yard, dispatch, trucking, and customer service operations.
- Leading safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on employee engagement.
- Driving positive results, operating within budget, achieving KPI’s and exceeding customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of seven years of manufacturing management experience required.
- In-depth experience with current manufacturing techniques, including safety, quality processes, and continuous improvement methodologies required.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization required
