About the Role:
At Airpark Signs & Graphics, our Project Managers are also integral to our sales process. This dual-role position encompasses leading projects from initial sale through to successful completion. As a Project Manager & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for everything from generating and securing new business to overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Your role will involve bidding on jobs, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing contracts, procuring materials, tracking daily progress, and ensuring seamless communication until project closeout. While this role is office-based, it will require site visits and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through direct interaction and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, including measurements, photography, and data collection for effective project planning.
- Develop and present proposals and design requests, ensuring alignment with client needs and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including reports, status updates, and other essential records.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolve any potential issues.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
What we require
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, QuickBooks, and Project Management Software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in conducting site visits and surveys.
- Adaptability to company processes and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of sign manufacturing and installation.

- PMP Certification
- Bachelors Degree
- Signage industry knowledge and experience
