Job Summary:


Review, analyze, and maintain optimum inventory levels of service parts to satisfy customer demand

• Assure that all system generated planning tasks are executed and all system data is maintained.

• Evaluate and recommend improvements processes with efficient use of ERP systems and other planning tools.

• Obtains return material authorizations from suppliers if discrepant material is received

• Secures and analyzes quotes, initiates purchase orders and amendments for parts, services and/or tools.

• Ability to negotiate prices/terms to meet the needs of the business.

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality and supply assurance goals are met.

• Monitor purchase price variances and resolve shipping & invoice discrepancies.

• Ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms with multiple job functions (suppliers, engineers, technicians, etc.)


Skills:

• 2+ years of experience working in and with MRP (SAP preferred) in planning spare parts or repair environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.


Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent years of directly related experience.

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience


Must Haves:

• ERP Experience - SAP Preferred

• Spare Part / Aftermarket planning
