Evernex is looking for a USA Region Technical Manager.

The Region Technical Manager is responsible for guaranteeing the technical expertise required for Evernex's MVS activity in the region.

He/She is managing and leading the support & Expert Engineers on site and remotely.

In addition, the Regional Technical Manager manages the teams performing remotely diagnostics for Evernex customer service, provides diagnostics and an action plan including intervention on the client site.

Thanks to our US local footprint growth, the RTM will manage the technical resources integration of companies joining the Evernex Group under the leading of the OPS Director.


Key responsibilities:

The USA Region Technical Manager responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Active contributor to Evernex Technical Academy
  • Communication, Onboarding and technical integration of newly US based acquired companies
  • Regional Experts teams KPI & Synergies.


Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years Technical Support experience on multi-vendor products such as servers’ storages and/or network equipment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managing support & experts engineers
  • Experience in on-site technical support and remote technical support
  • Extensive knowledge of high-end servers/storage hardware
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science

Work conditions & environment:
