The substantive role will include a broad range of responsibilities such as preparing and filing UCC financing statements, conducting, analyzing, and summarizing lien searches, including UCC, tax, and litigation results, supporting transaction closings and post-closing binders, document drafting, calendar management, maintenance of transaction materials, research and due diligence projects, client communication and liaising with marketing department, preparing correspondence, memos, complex spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, attorney billing and managing all client billing related matters and ad hoc projects as needed.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, proven transactional experience as a legal assistant or paralegal , excellent technological skills, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, familiarity with time and billing software, prior experience handling complex, multiple tasks for several individuals with different varying work styles and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
