Job Summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join its Legal Department in Boston. As a key member of the team, you will assist attorneys with all aspects of their work, including entity formation and maintenance, and complex real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with entity formation and maintenance, including drafting and filing formation documents, preparation and filing of annual reports, and complying with filing requirements.
  • Support attorneys with complex real estate transactions, including review of title and survey, management of insurance certificates, and other specified diligence management.
  • Prepare and maintain closing checklists and project files, and provide daily support to the legal team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years corporate and transactional paralegal experience.
  • Strong drafting, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
