Duration: 12 Months contract with potential extension

Location: Denver, CO/Minneapolis, MN (1 day a week onsite)


Top Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience of payroll and timekeeping
  • Payroll calculation, timekeeping on Workday
  • Understand the relation between Payroll calculation and timekeeping.
  • Running reports in Workday – cross examine the details.
  • Taking Negative Retro (Retroactive pay) results to verify it for running the payroll.
  • ServiceNow – upload case on it and will trigger an email to employee.
  • If the employee requests to be called – will be contacted by the service center (No direct communiction with employees).
  • Documentation (Maintain SOP)
  • Follow the process instructions.
  • Need a great analytical skill to run into conclusion for verifying retro results.
  • If the payroll is biweekly, will run through this analysis twice a month. Need to go through two iterations to getter understanding things.
  • Attention to details.
  • Payroll to the external vendor or third party is not needed. In-house payroll experience required.
  • SPC / CPP is bonus to have – certification.
  • Tools Used: Excel, ServiceNow, Workday payroll and UKG.
