Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the customer base in a large area.
  • Create and implement plans to increase business profits.
  • Meet revenue targets and KPIs set by the Sales Director.
  • Help customers choose products and promote key brands.
  • Follow up on quotes regularly.
  • Achieve a quotetoclose ratio of 20% or higher.
  • Address and resolve sales issues promptly.
  • Attend construction site meetings as needed to help solve problems.
  • Gather and share market and competitor information in the company database.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Generate timely field reports.
  • Participate in industry events and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Outside Sales Experience is a MUST
  • Carpentry skills preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Business preferred not required

License / Certification

  • Drivers License (Required)

Willingness to travel

  • 50% (Required)
