We are seeking a dedicated Business Development/Account Manager to join our team. This vital role involves fostering enduring, trust-based relationships with our esteemed clientele. As a Business Development Manager, your mission will be to spearhead new business initiatives, identify promising sales leads, and collaborate effectively with our dynamic sales team to surpass sales targets. We are searching for a candidate who is not only ambitious and driven but also possesses the interpersonal skills necessary to ensure long-lasting client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and effective cold calling.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with potential clients, advancing client development.
  • Present and promote our specialized recruiting and staffing services, employing strategic business development techniques to leverage new opportunities and foster organizational growth.
  • Engage with clients to gather precise job requirements, while educating them about Carlton National Resources' comprehensive service offerings and methodologies.
  • Guarantee timely and successful delivery of our solutions, tailored to meet client needs and goals.
  • Proactively address and resolve complex client inquiries or issues.
  • Employ strategic approaches to client acquisition, including thorough market analysis, internal coordination, and deep client insights, to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Expand the network of qualified hiring contacts in database.
  • Accurately record and update client information, adhering to company standards.

  • Strong aptitude for listening, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
