Role Overview:
Join a passionate team as a Community Manager / Social Media Manager where your role will be pivotal in enhancing our client's digital presence. You will be responsible for creating compelling content engaging with online communities and using sophisticated social media management tools to foster brand growth and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative social media strategies to reflect business goals.
  • Create and curate engaging content across multiple platforms such as Facebook Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Expertise in using advanced social media management tools like Sprinklr Sprout Social and Dash Hudson to schedule content track engagement and harvest insights.
  • Regularly analyze data to gauge content performance and make informed decisions to optimize social campaigns.
  • Engage actively with the audience by moderating comments and participating in discussions to cultivate a strong brand community.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing sales and customer service to maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a community manager or similar role with strong content creation skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr Sprout Social Dash Hudson).
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at handling and moderating online and offline conversations.
  • BSc degree in Marketing Digital Media or relevant field preferred.
