As the America’s Revenue Marketing Manager, you are a key pillar in RSA’s pipeline/bookings machine. You will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that directly contribute to sales pipeline and revenue goals. Programs may include field events, webinars, local campaigns, Account-based Marketing (ABM), SDR cadences and call-out initiatives, and third-party demand-generation engagements. Your efforts will support the Americas Enterprise, Commercial, Federal, and SDR teams in Canada, the USA, and LATAM region. In this role, you are the key liaison between marketing and Americas sales, ensuring the marketing efforts are making a positive impact.


Responsibilities:


Sales and Marketing Alignment:


  • Collaborate closely with the Americas Enterprise, Commercial, and SDR teams to understand the near-term and longer-term business goals and challenges.
  • Create marketing plans that directly support these goals and measure effectiveness.
  • Work with sales on critical verticals and regions, including Fed and LATAM, to build out and execute marketing initiatives.
  • In targeted cases, work on strategies to land net new logos and cross- / upsell- existing accounts.
  • As needed, develop Americas marketing materials, including collateral, landing pages, blogs, etc.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales teams, becoming a trusted partner and advisor in marketing-related activities.
  • Communicate regularly with sales and ensure teams are aware of all corporate marketing initiatives.


Lead/MQL Management


  • Understand the RSA marketing funnel and lead flow mechanics.
  • Understand leads needed to drive desired pipeline and bookings.
  • Track leads and MQLs and ensure that proper follow-up occurs by sales.
  • Brief and prepare Sales Development Reps (SDRs) for marketing-generated leads from all marketing activities – e.g., events, campaigns, and other demand-gen efforts.
  • Develop and monitor SDR SalesLoft cadences to ensure a seamless handoff from marketing leads.
  • Work closely with the SDRs on the lead follow-up – measuring the effectiveness of marketing messages – and optimize messages to improve performance.
  • Share insights about leads and marketing results with marketing leadership.


Field / Virtual Event Management


  • Work with sales to identify the right events to drive the business.
  • Plan, execute, and manage field and virtual events to increase RSA's brand awareness and generate leads in the region.
  • Develop event strategies and goals.
  • Manage in person and virtual event logistics, budget management, setup, and staffing.
  • Measure and report on the success of events, tracking key metrics such as budget, lead generation, pipeline impact, and ROI.


Account Based Marketing (ABM)


  • Understanding the business goals and in partnership with sales, identify account and segment targets and develop marketing strategies to reach them.
  • Using 6Sense and other creative methods, develop and execute ABM strategies and campaigns.
  • Track marketing performance and measure ABM campaign effectiveness.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B technology marketing campaigns, ABM, and demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment and experience collaborating closely with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing initiatives that drive engagement and business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, generate new ideas, and find innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, ABM, CRM systems, and analytics tools. (Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), SalesLoft and 6Sense)
  • Experience in event management and lead generation activities.
  • Results driven mentality.
  • Travel ~15% of time.
