Required Qualifications/Experience:


  • Minimum of 1-2 years of supporting a Law Firm.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support and MS Office Suite administration.
  • Experience with AWS (Amazon Work Services), iManage (Document Management), Draftable (Redlining), or similar software. Minimum experience in at least one of these.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Surepoint, Litigation Software, etc.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols; excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Major Areas of Responsibilities:


Provide Immediate IT Support: Respond promptly to IT queries and issues raised by team members, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime. Aim to address requests within minutes to maintain smooth operations.

Networking Knowledge: Apply your understanding of networking principles to troubleshoot network-related issues, optimize network performance, and ensure secure data transmission within the organization.

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and peripherals used by employees, ensuring seamless functionality of IT resources.

Maintain IT Inventory: Manage inventory of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses, ensuring adequate supply and proper documentation.

Provide Training and Guidance: Offer guidance and training to employees on the effective use of IT systems, software applications, and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Stay Updated on Technological Trends: Keep abreast of advancements in IT technologies, software applications, and security protocols, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

IT Team: Be an essential part of the IT team and work closely with outside vendors to implement system upgrades, patches, and security protocols, ensuring the integrity and security of organizational data.

Light Word Processing: Assist with word processing when needed.

Possible Evening/Shifts: At times, working in the evening may be required.
