Worksite Location: Eagan MN | Hybrid Tues + Thurs in office

Contract Duration: 3 months

Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour W2


What you’ll do as a Web Content Specialist:

  • Attend working sessions to identify, plan, prioritize, and analyze needs alongside key stakeholders
  • Work with UX designers, developers, and digital strategists to execute effective digital experience creation
  • Use custom layouts and components to create new pages that support website migration objectives
  • Edit existing content for accuracy, style standards, and digital best practices
  • Follow processes and procedures for publishing and development
  • Optimize content for search engines
  • Add tagging to media and document library to empower targeted digital experiences
  • Test digital experiences and validate content quality and expected behavior
  • Validate CMS component functionality and report issues


What you’ll bring to the Web Content Specialist role:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital and/or content-related roles (strategist, copywriter, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience writing, editing, and/or publishing consumer content for varied forms of interactive media (web, social, email, mobile)
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for content strategy and digital landscape
  • Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends
  • Experience working with a variety of content management systems (CMS) and workflow tools
  • Awareness of taxonomy, SEO and metadata best practices and strategy
  • Results-oriented approach driven by organization and consumer goals
