Administrative Assistant III

Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience of working as an executive assistant
- Experience with MS Office applications.
- Experience with Concur and Asset 9
- Performs a variety of administrative functions.
- Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
- Polished and presentable at all times - they have governors and high leaders visiting
- Top security protocols to follow
- Sitting at the front desk - face of the company as they are the first person all visitors see
- Managing the EC and board meetings
- Scheduling lunches
- Coordinating conference room meeting spaces
- Ensuring the space looks nice and clean at all times
- Coordinating with the direct admins who work with the C-suite directly
- Direct admin to the HM
- Managing her calendar
- Managing her expense reports
