Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Prepare and process project invoices in accordance with contract terms.
  • Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure compliance.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of billings and project financials.
  • Utilize a larger ERP system for billing and financial tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth billing processes.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in billing, preferably within construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using a larger ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with Project Managers and other team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
