Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team.

As a Hospice Response RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns
  • Provide end of life visits
  • Provide afterhours support and care
  • If no visits are needed in the community, assist care team at our inpatient hospice residence called Trillium Woods
  • Select your preferred schedule: 4pm 2am or 11pm to 9am. Monday
  • Thursday (NO WEEKENDS)

Location:

  • Grand Rapids, covering a 35mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids

Qualifications:

  • RN licensure in Michigan
  • Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
  • Hospice or hospital experience preferred
  • Passion for hospice nursing
  • Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation for home visits
