We are in search of a dedicated RN with exceptional skills in hospice care and leadership to oversee our Hospice Community Team. This role is pivotal in guiding our newly established team that will serve various counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary hospice team of healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate and engage in weekly interdisciplinary group meetings focused on hospice care.
- Ensure the daily operations are conducted smoothly, guaranteeing quality patient care around the clock.
- Participate in the on-call rotation alongside other hospice managers.
Qualifications for Success:
- Active RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a nursing environment, preferably in skilled nursing or medical/surgical settings.
- Prior experience in hospice nursing is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills for electronic medical record documentation are essential.
