As a key member of our hospice care team, the RN Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our dedicated hospice staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional end-of-life care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a diverse group of hospice professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Lead and participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality patient care around the clock, maintaining standards of excellence.
- Participate in the on-call rotation with fellow hospice managers to provide continuous support.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nursing management within a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in hospice nursing is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills for electronic medical record documentation are essential.
