Position: Regional Business Manager Location: UK LondonType: Fulltime We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Regional Business Manager to business operations across Europe for a leading global multinational FMCG firm. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the FMCG sector with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the European market. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute a robust business strategy aligned with global objectives.Take full P&L responsibility for the European business ensuring both revenue growth and profitability.Drive sales and explore new business opportunities to expand market presence.Oversee the creation and of dynamic marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning.Build and nurture longterm relationships with key accounts distributors and business partners.Lead operations financial control and ensure adherence to budget and financial disciplines.
Qualifications & Experience: University degree (essential) MBA (fulltime) preferred.Proven experience in P&L management and leading largescale business operations. At least 15 years of over all work experience in FMCG. Minimum 3 years in handling Europe market.
Technical Skills & Behavioural Skills: Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus). Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
