Role Overview:


As a Helpdesk Analyst at TechSavvy MSP, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' technical issues, providing remote and on-site support. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from home and in our Bend office. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive prompt and effective technical assistance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, and remote support tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of hardware and software for new employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Technical Experience


  • At least 3 years’ experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • 3 Years experience with Office 365 administration and basic active directory management.
  • Must have experience remotely supporting customers and using remote support tools.


Certifications - Must have/ pass the following Exams


  • One of the following: Exam MD-102: Endpoint Administrator, Exam MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, or Exam SC-300 Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
  • CompTIA A+ or IT Degree
