Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Production Operator at Spears Manufacturing Co located in Sylmar, CA. The Production Operator will be responsible for daily tasks associated with machine operation, quality control, and production lines. This is an on-site role and will require the candidate to work in Sylmar, CA. Cutting parts into boxes or totes and putting into correct boxes. Watch for obvious defects. Inform the lead of any problems with the job such as visual defects or parts that have stopped coming up the conveyer. Operate machine including loading and unloading parts and components. Operate machinery to assemble and test assemblies and components. Perform other duties as assigned.
