About the Role:
At StartOps, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate production and fulfillment operations to ensure quality products are prepared for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production and fulfillment operations to ensure quality products are prepared for delivery.
- Train and coach the production team on attendance and productivity performance, establishing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and key metrics.
- Coordinate staff and schedules for production activities, accounting for callouts and emergencies.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and train new team members with a focus on retention.
- Conduct regular shift meetings, audits, and ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing or production with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and manage facilities maintenance, ensuring smooth production operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
