JOB OVERVIEW
Leadership Approach:
The department oversees product planning and production across various formats, strategies, and agreements for a diverse range of artist and label clients through efficient supply chain processes.
This position will foster a collaborative team culture and uphold a premium service ethos in interactions with artists, managers, and teams throughout the lifecycle of a project.
The role encompasses all aspects of production, including managing product setup and tracking milestones from the initiation of campaigns, alongside planning, scheduling, and catalog oversight.
Creative Responsibilities:
Review and assess raw metadata and assets provided by clients before entering them into supply chain systems.
Directly create and submit product releases into digital supply chain platforms.
Ensure that submission timelines align with project schedules.
Proactively identify and address technical and operational challenges related to projects, collaborating with clients and operational teams to minimize risks.
Oversee the delivery of physical release components to manufacturing partners.
Act as a knowledgeable stakeholder in ongoing system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the catalog migration team on incoming artist catalogs that will be managed.
