The Job Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Manager with experience in leading projects in web development. In this key role, you’ll be supported by our team of creatives and strategists, and report directly to the VP of Account Services, as you take the wheel of client relationships.
Working at EFK, you’ll be accountable for driving strategy, client satisfaction, account revenue growth, and overall business profitability of assigned accounts. As a boutique agency, we’re sought after to apply our expertise and creativity in a variety of sectors ranging from higher education, healthcare, financial services, government agencies, consumer goods and more.
In this role, you would be responsible for the following:
● Oversee detailed contract deliverables associated with detailed SOWs and client contracts
● Understand and articulate overall project strategy, objectives, measurement strategy, and relevant results for campaigns
● Serve as a strategic anchor to both clients and agency colleagues (e.g., providing business insights, creative briefs, research, project kickoffs, etc.).
● Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
● Formulate and drive long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps
● Serve as project manager, coordinating offline and digital projects
● Knowledgeable in best practices in services areas such as UX/UI, Content Management, Paid Media, Social Media, as you are supported by experts in these areas
● Integrate outside suppliers into client programs, as needed
● Provide stellar client experiences, grow accounts and provide value
● Contribute to a positive, can-do attitude, internally and externally
● Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
What We’re Looking For: Position Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in fluid work environments and who want to contribute to a rapidly-growing agency.
● 3-years minimum of account management experience, with a focus on website development, ux/ui, and paid media (agency background preferred)
● Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related major
● Creative agency experience desired
● Experience in working efficiently and effectively across multiple teams
● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Wrike
● Hands-on experience with WordPress, CSS, HTML, PHP, drupal and jQuery
● Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
● Familiarity with Quality Assurance techniques and processes, ADA Compliance, SEO and Google Analytics
● Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations
● Strong time management and organizational skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Comfortable presenting both informally and formally
● Candidate must be open to travel as needed

EFK is currently remote, however, if local, a hybrid model may be introduced in the future. Some client meetings may require you to be in-person.
