In terms of position specifically, this client is looking for a Sales Service Manager to head up their Knoxville Service department. The role will involve managing crews as well as business development, with a bonus structure that is hard to resist


Some key responsibilities:

  • Run and manage operations of the service department, overseeing crew and working with clients to handle all leak and repair jobs
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, leveraging networking and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and actively participate in industry organizations.
  • Assist in the growth of office in terms of revenue, involving the scale of existing accounts as well as new.


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing market (3+ years minimum)
  • Excellent time management skills, critical for maintaining a fluid service division.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
