Position Description:

As a Data Scientist, you will be pivotal in extracting valuable insights from large and complex datasets for client projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that support our business objectives.


Responsibilities:


Data Acquisition and Cleaning:

Source and collect relevant data from various internal and external sources.

Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Develop data pipelines and automation workflows for efficient data management.


Data Analysis and Modeling:

Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

Develop and apply statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques to solve complex problems.

Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements.


Data Visualization:

Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.


Business Impact:

Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Measure and evaluate the impact of data-driven initiatives on business outcomes.


Research and Development:

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance our data capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, including libraries like NumPy, pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
