We are looking for seasoned sales folks to be part of the best staffing and consulting team in the business.

This position offers a base salary PLUS an uncapped commission plan.


Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of IT staffing experience in new business development
  • Eager to work in-person at an energetic office
  • A hunter, ready to knock down doors
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially in making connections and developing relationships
  • Strong motivation for personal success
  • Resourcefulness that drives discovering qualified leads
  • Facilitate effective passive and active pipelining through sales strategies
  • Successfully manage customer and consultant expectations to ensure that the consultant satisfies the customer's engagement expectations
  • Understand industry trends and be able to discuss requirements with customers in a professional manner
  • Manage the lifecycle of the consultants to create long-term customer relationships
