Hours: 9am - 6pm

Pay: $24/hr

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gardena, CA. This contract-to-hire position is responsible for processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, ensure customer satisfaction, and work collaboratively with team members.

Essential Functions:

  • Order Processing: Receive and accurately input approximately 25-35 orders per day into our system.
  • Customer Communication: Send email confirmations to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Service Coordination: Communicate with the customer service team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of each order.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other order entry team members to expedite the flow of work and maintain smooth operations.
  • Client Interaction: Work with clients to create and customize orders, incorporating their specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with order processing systems and basic computer skills.
  • Manufacturing/Production experience a huge plus.
  • Experience with Wilcom and Photoshop a plus.
  • Creative experience and ability to customize orders based on client needs.
