Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Manage a portfolio of customers in an assigned territory with an extensive understanding of every customer in assigned region including order patterns, shipping and financial needs.
* Pro-actively communication and follow-up with all customers and sales reps to ensure consistency and that all needs have been met and exceeded.
* Manage customer reach out informing upcoming promotions, sales and any internal process changes affecting customer ordering or maintenance.
* Ownership of all parts of the communication process, working collaboratively with stakeholders from all departments to ensure all answers and issues are resolved within 24 hours.
* Actively participates and contributes to the sales initiatives in coordination with assigned sales representative and Customer Care team.
* In depth understanding of the Customer Care Departments goals and initiatives and the importance of the Customer Care Representatives participation in the overall achievement.
* In depth understanding of top 20% of assigned Customer Care backup accounts. Review and understand all SOP's and procedures associated with each backup account.
* Order processing, product status and tracking.
* Manages customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email or fax.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintains financial account accuracy by processing customer credit adjustment requests when necessary.
* Generate, review and analyze excel sales reports relative to customer's style/color purchase historical trends and helps with suggestive sales.
* Offers alternative recommendations for out of stock items.
* Opens customer accounts in collaboration with the assigned Sales Representative.
* Maintains customer Master File records by updating account information.
* Recommends potential improvements on product or service level to management by collecting customer information on an issue log.
* Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Ability to work under pressure, meet strict timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines with individuals/departments involved. Individual must be highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or business college degree is required. Three to five years of Customer Service or Account Executive experience is required. The candidate needs to be Multi-task oriented, excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to constantly and consistently exceed our customer's expectations. Individual will be required to complete assigned Customer Care related courses paid by Barco Uniforms for continues service improvements (Lynda.com).

Language Ability:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have English as primary language of business and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You must have the ability to speak efficiently, write routine reports and correspondence.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent technical skills, proficient in the use of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook experience.
