Descripcin del Rol:

Buscamos a un/a Head Of Legalcon slida experiencia en derecho contractual propiedad intelectual y derecho mercantil que garantice la proteccin legal de la empresa y el cumplimiento normativo en todas sus operaciones y estrategias. Esta persona ser responsable de asesorar en la toma de decisiones clave mitigar riesgos legales y facilitar la expansin del negocio de manera segura supervisando la creacin y revisin de contratos gestionando la propiedad intelectual y velando por la implementacin de polticas de privacidad y proteccin de datos. Adems deber manejar asuntos legales relacionados con la estructura corporativa fusiones y adquisiciones y gobernanza interna colaborando con otros departamentos para asegurar que las decisiones estratgicas estn alineadas con la normativa vigente. Se valorar experiencia en despachos de renombre y una alta ambicin por el crecimiento profesional.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Supervisar y auditar los acuerdos contractuales asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas y protegiendo los intereses de la ORBDI.
  • Garantizar la proteccin de la propiedad intelectual gestionando derechos de autor marcas y licencias.
  • Manejar asuntos legales relacionados con la estructura corporativa fusiones y adquisiciones y gobernanza interna.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos proporcionando orientacin legal y asegurando que se tomen decisiones estratgicas alineadas con la normativa.
  • Actuar de manera gil y autnoma tomando la iniciativa para identificar y resolver problemas legales sin necesidad de seguimiento.
