The Real Estate Services Administrator is responsible for assisting the Senior Real Estate Manager with administrative responsibilities for the operation of the company’s portfolio of properties in the region including property management, leasing and finance and accounting. The position requires professional integrity, attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks accurately and on time. This role requires the employee to be present in the office full-time.


Qualifications: Previous real estate medical or office experience preferred. Must be organized, possess strong communication skills and have a courteous customer service manner. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
