We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Porter at Monument Real Estate Services, LLC. As an Apartment Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our apartment community.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean interior units, exterior entrances, common areas, grounds, and amenity areas.
• Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness of grounds, including sidewalks, gutters, and curbs.
• Pool and Amenities: Clean pools and/or pool areas, maintain proper chemical levels, and perform daily chemical logs.
• Trash and Waste Management: Transport trash and waste to the disposal area and keep grounds free of trash.
• Lighting and Repairs: Replace light bulbs and globes in outside lighting fixtures and perform small repairs, such as painting stairwells and fixing sidewalks and pool decks.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional attitude and work habits in dealing with staff, vendors, and the public.

• Education: High school education or GED.
• Experience: Housekeeper experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Neat, clean, and professional appearance; must be a self-starter and able to perform the job with little supervision.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, carrying, climbing, stepping, kneeling, and working outdoors.

• Compensation: $14.00 per hour.
