Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in manufacturing to lead our maintenance team. This is a fully onsite position located in Lynnwood, WA, and will require extensive knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience, with at least 5+ years of experience managing maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Experience with scheduling, equipment calendaring, and a history of demonstrated tenure at previous positions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery.
  • Manage and coordinate all machine repairs, upgrades, and installation projects.
  • Utilize calendaring systems to efficiently schedule and track maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs, ensuring budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including production and engineering, to ensure maintenance aligns with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in maintenance management.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing machine maintenance at a management level.
  • Proven track record of tenure and growth in previous roles.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, systems, and tools used in manufacturing.
  • Experience with scheduling and calendaring maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
