Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in manufacturing to lead our maintenance team. This is a fully onsite position located in Lynnwood, WA, and will require extensive knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience, with at least 5+ years of experience managing maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Experience with scheduling, equipment calendaring, and a history of demonstrated tenure at previous positions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery.
- Manage and coordinate all machine repairs, upgrades, and installation projects.
- Utilize calendaring systems to efficiently schedule and track maintenance activities.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs, ensuring budget adherence.
- Collaborate with other departments, including production and engineering, to ensure maintenance aligns with operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in maintenance management.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing machine maintenance at a management level.
- Proven track record of tenure and growth in previous roles.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, systems, and tools used in manufacturing.
- Experience with scheduling and calendaring maintenance tasks.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
